I am currently enrolled in their program myself and I am really like the service I get.  I talked to someone by the name of Tiana and now I am dealing with Sandy who is my negotiator.  Any questions I have had have been answers.  I haven't experienced any suprises because I was told what to expected and I have experince exactly what I was advised to expect.  You can go to yellowpages.com and read reviews on this company if you don't trust me.
