I have found myself in over my head. I've collected a lot of medical bills (mostly from having my son). I have around $30k and I'm not sure if I should just file bankruptcy or something else. How long will bankruptcy show on my credit?
Can anyone tell me how long bankruptcy actually shows on my credit? Some people tell me it's 7 years, but others say it could be as long as 10. Which one's right? |
